SmarTrackPms generally known as Appraisal Management System. Smart Track is, “a continuous process of identifying, measuring and developing the performance of individuals and teams and aligning performance with the strategic goals of the organization. A system that involves employee evaluations once a year without an ongoing effort to provide feedback and coaching so that performance can be improved is not a true performance management system Performance appraisal is “the systematic description of an employee’s strengths and weaknesses". Here in this we have four main modules. Admin, Employee, Appraiser and Reviewer.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Wrote SQL queries which stored, retrieved and updated data from stored procedures  and displayed the data onto the interface in an organized table according to the users  preferences

• Worked extensively on the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)  process

• Developed and designed the user interface using ASP.NET Web Forms and then  implemented the functionality and business logic using C#.NET

Project Description 

COLLEGE VOICE PORTAL is used in many Areas like colleges, schools, and many institutions. A few cloud telephonic systems include virtual call centers, hosted IVR and voice broadcasting. IVR technology (interactive voice response) helps in tracking calls with options to customize how to greet and route each caller based on his query. It is sophisticated and specialized application which enables to update database initiate calls manage contest voting or update or query database and much more without the need to purchase specialized equipment or capacity.  

Roles and Responsibilities

• Wrote SQL queries to create tables, store, retrieve, delete and update data into tables 

• Designed the user interface using HTML and then implemented the functionality using JAVA;

• Wrote JavaScript functions for client requirements such as when a phone number is entered then only numeric digits should be accepted and also only ten digits should be accepted. Also another example includes requirements for emails when email is entered it should be of the following format (@, .com, no spaces accepted in between)

• Identified various bugs which did not comply to the requirements when testing and fixed them accordingly
